LEAB CDR 200 Charger Distribution Relay
Boiler Compact & Compact INOX Double Coil Water Marine Heaters

LEAB CDR 200 Charger Distribution Relay

The Leab CDR is an electronically controlled separating device for charging two or more batteries. The CDR is installed between the primary and secondary battery.

The circuit is open until the primary battery reaches the correct voltage. The CDR then charges the second battery.

The CDR then opens and power will be drawn only from the primary battery, leaving the second battery fully charged.

The CDR unit has a built in delay timer to prevent instability in heavy load situations.

Part Number: 0171450

It is important to to install the CDR close to the batteries and use appropriately sized cables to avoid unnecessary voltage drops and maintain the correct function of the CDR.

Introducing Sigmar Marines "COMPACT" and “INOX” DOUBLE COIL water heaters. These two innovative water heaters, from 20 to 80 litres, are encased in new sturdy compact plastic shell with integrated mounting brackets. With TWO high performance and efficient HEAT EXCHANGERS: one for connection to engine and the other to a second heat source, for instance an external heater or a generator on board, hot water is always assured. The innovative feature of these new DOUBLE COIL water heaters is the integrated contact thermostat that regulates external heater.

Water heaters have been designed not only to offer a compact, robust and attractive looking product with better technical characteristics such as thermal insulation and resistance to marine environment, but also to render their application on board safer, securer, easier and quicker, and not least to have the best cost/quality on the market.

Characteristics:

  • two heat exchangers built in corrugated stainless steel AISI 316 tube
  • contact thermostat to regulate external heater
  • sturdy plastic casing with integrated brackets
  • stainless steel AISI 316 inside tank
  • injected polyurethane foam
  • 800 W / 220V (on request 110V) INCOLOY electric heating element
  • regulating thermostat with double safety
  • safety and non-return valve
  • universal mount (vertical and horizontal)
  • thermostatic valve available as an accessory

These water heaters thanks to their innovative compact plastic casing and integrated brackets offer following advantages:

  • Occupy less space than equivalent cylindrical models with
    separate fastening brackets.
  • Greater strength of plastic to corrosion, breakage or damage.
  • Greater electric insulation of plastic.
  • Better thermal insulation: more insulation material covers upper part of water heater where heat dissipation is normally greater thanks to inside tank’s di-axial position in respect of
    outside casing.
  • Plastic casing itself dissipates less heat than other materials.
  • Greater security: casing houses five sturdy fixing points (rather than the four of traditional separate fastening brackets).
  • Quicker and simpler installation: no separate mounting brackets to be dismantled/remounted and integrated bracket’s five fixing points are easily accessible from the sides or above.
  • Safer installation: no sharp edges or burrs.
